What an awful experience we had. We had booked a unit for 3 adults and 4 children and was allocated unit 439. At first when we arrived, the host (YONELA) had not informed us that we needed a 6 digit code to pass security. We had to wait an hour for the host to answer her phone, with a 2 year-old in the car. When we entered the unit, we discovered that the unit had only 2 double beds, no other alternatives, for 7 seven people. On the bookimg platform, the unit indicates it also has sleeper couches, but there were none. We tried for ages to get hold of Yonela for alternative and/or extra accommodation, but she only responded to our requests after an hour. In the meantime, we found alternative accommodation and provided her with feedback that the unit was not suitable for 7 people. She is now refusing to refund us even though she admitted that she also wondered where everybody would sleep and after having been requested by the booking platform to refund. Yonela is one of the most rudest people I have ever dealt with, starting screaming matches even after she admitted she was in the wrong. For anyone wanting to book anything through Yonela, good luck, as Yonela is a very vile and unruly person.
Worst customer service ever! I have been calling non-stop for a paid up letter for my account, but for the past 48 hours I have been sent from pillar to post. I've been transferred to 8 different agents just on one call, with none of them able to assist. Pathetic and *********** service.
Brilliant service we received from them, once again. We have used this service for the past 3 trips we've travelled from Lanseria. This last time we had 4 different vehicles for four different times to pick up and drop off, all of them SEAMLESSLY and perfectly on time! The staff are very friendly & professional and receiving a spotless, clean car, is the cherry on top. Will definitely recommend them!
We booked and paid at this establishment 1 week in advance for a Saturday evening. When we were 15 minutes away, we contacted the owner to notify them of this. When we were in front of the gate, the bell wasn't working so we phoned the owner again, upon which a child answered and opened the gate. There was no one at reception and the lady that eventually assisted us, didn't know that we had a booking. After 15 minutes of trying to get hold of the owner, we eventually got our keys. Not only were the tvs not working in both rooms, but the showers and glasses in the rooms were filthy. Again, we tried to get hold of the owner, with no luck. A child again answered the BUSINESS phone, and we demanded speaking to the owner. She was apparently at a hockey match (14h00 on a Saturday), we complained about the lack of service and she had the audacity to tell my husband that she has a life too! We decided to check out, without using anything in the rooms. We then had to try to get hold of her for another 15 minutes just to get out of the premises! The owner's mother sent a message later on telling us how wonderful her daughter is and that we, as guests, were in the wrong. I will never recommend this place, not only is there no service, but the rooms are dirty, the swimming pool green and you get no joy if you need assistance of any kind. The best part is that the problems were on their side and they refuse to pay back our money.
