This company is a ****. They take ur money and disappear. They are running from the police and can’t be reached. The company is not even registered with CIPC, just an internet **** to ***** your hard earned money.

AirBnb host cancelled our booking and they refuse to refund my money!
Their host cancelled my booking that I made in February 2022 for December 2022 and now refuse to refund me the full payment that I made. I have been sent from pillar to post to the bank. I did everything they wanted and submitted to them, now they are ignoring me, instead of refunding me. Our december holiday is now ruined and our money is sitting in their bank account.

Forcefully putting people under debt review
I made a quote with debt busters and I ended up not going for it. The agent assisting me decided to carry on with it without my approval. The following month, I see them debiting my account as I had given them all the info as they needed to negotiate with my creditors. I escalated the matter to his manager and the process was stopped, however my credit review still shows that I am under debt review. I have made countless follow ups and I am not being assisted, even after settling all my loans. This is a burden on my life bcz of consultants who are chasing commission.
