With the state of South African roads it is inevitable that your windscreen will be hit by flying stones. Outsurance made it extremely easy to have the pit in the windscreen repaired thus avoiding the possibility of a crack running through the windscreen and necessitating the replacement of the windscreen. The best part is that this repair did NOT affect my no-claim bonus! 👍👍👍

I have insured my son's vehicle is Outsurance
I have insured my son's vehicle is Outsurance. He is an optician and has very little free time during the day. He had a chip in his windscreen and needed to get it seen too ASAP. He went to Glassfit in Centurion, provided them with the Outsurance policy number and before he knew it the claim was approved and the chip in the windscreen had been seen too. Thank you Outsurance 😊

I subscribed to GoSolr just over a year and a half ago and it was the best decision that I have ever made. They kept me up to date as to when the installation would be done. The solar panels, inverter and batteries were delivered a day prior to the installation and on the day of the installation theteam that arrived went about the installation quickly and efficiently. That night there was a problem with the system and the electricity to the house kept tripping. I phoned GoSolr and an electrician came and sorted the problem out that same day. I have since had an additional storage battery installed which was quickly and efficiently done in under three hours. I currently use a third of the electricity I used to from ESKOM and the 40percent increase proposed by ESKOM will not affect me.

Unsatisfactory service
I receive no response from them. Initially I received a notification that my order would be delivered on the 13th or 14th of September 2022. This did not happen and I get no response when I ask for a status report concerning my order. Is this another on-line scam?

Is this another scam?
I ordered a pair of shoes from them on the 8th of September 2022 and to date have not received my order. When I asked for an update on the status of my order I received no response.
