Debit orders keeps going off yet I got a message saying my account IS CANCELLED DUE TO NO PAYMENT AND WILL BE HANDED OVER. I have not been getting any assistance since last year yet you have been debiting my account.
Would like to thank BILQEES CARELSE for assisting with my claim. I appreciate the level of urgency my claim was dealt with and constant updates regarding my claim. Finally some that knows what to do!!!
It's really doesnt take rocket science to process a claim. It has now been over a week and the claim is still within "processing". You said my claim has been flagged then it's been taken to whatever team. Do I have to phone every damn day to your useless call centre agents that gives me different timescales to when I will get my money?? Also you keep telling me I can check the update of my claim on WhatsApp and all that selfserve options. When I use your ridiculous selfserve options to track my claim status they have no record of it yet I had just spoken to some on the phone about it.
I am so annoyed by this company. They don't ever respond. I recieved a Clarence letter of which I'm starting to think it's not valid as the creditors are still reflecting on my profile. Granted, they were not able to assist me with all my creditors of which I am busy with on myself however the creditors that they "assisted" me with are still reflecting on my profile when I draw a report. I am still being declined for this very reason. I was told to sms for a quicker response however nothing happens. No response. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PEOPLE. Complete waste of time as I know need to take matters into my own hands.
