Bad service
Bluedog was great in the beginning. We recently cancelled our service with them and their service is now non existent. They need to release our line so we can activate with a new provider but after 25 days nothing has happened. Very disappointing!

Worst company
Worst company to do business with. I pay my premium on time but when it comes to making a payment in terms of gap cover it doesn’t happen. I submitted a claim on 12 July 2022 and to date it is still not paid then only to be told on 18 August that their underwriter Constantia has been placed under Curatorship. Why haven’t I received any communication informing me of such. Ambledown has no problem collecting premiums but do have problems paying clients. This is totally unacceptable and disappointing!
