Debit order without my approval, no communication received from Nupay
Good day Please advise why a debit order is loaded and approved i dont know by who. When i call your contact center and asked for a clarification and a call back they said they wont call me back. No communication or whatsover, a debit order is loaded onto my account that i have no idea off? This is total bull****. I need to know why am being debited and how the debit order was approved. Non stop irritating calls
This is becoming frustrating, i wont take any policy with you in the future ever again. I cancelled my house insurance as i was selling the house. After cancelling am receiving 10 to 20 calls per week, even if i try to block them. Like if i wanted something else i would call back but no, every other week am being called. Please delete my profile on your system i am beyond frustrated.2 replies

What a disappointment, very unhappy with the service
Good day My loan was approved on the 26, even today i did not receive the funds. was supposed to pay a hospital by Friday the 30th. I called several times and they just say we have a backlog , no communication or whatsoever. what is the use of approving loans and not being able to pay on time. Wonga does not respond what a scam
I have complained , sent emails and till today got no response. I paid the remaining balance and the website still shows that i owe Wonga, i sent my statement as requested , got no feedback, i asked for my money back so that they can debit end of the month still got no response , what is this really? is this some kind of a scam????3 replies
