I bought a Spa voucher from hyperli and the date I needed to utilise that voucher was not available so I lodged a refund request, I was told 48 hours for feedback and still haven’t received any communication or my money back. Bunch of ****mers! I want my refund this minute! DO NOT USE HYPERLI FOR ANYTHING
I’m sorry, but Wisani Mkansi is a terrible person. Her rudeness is out of this world, zero accountability, zero respect for her clients, poor service, she is only active when you are still purchasing something from her, after that it is over for you and your money. Beats me why she is still in business, she needs to be stopped. I opened a ***** case against her and I will not rest until she is dealt with. STAY AWAY FROM WISANI CLOTHING… unless you do not love your sanity.
Travelstart and flysafair mixed up my flight departure and arrival times and are taking no accountability for correcting the mishap. I booked my flights initially through travelstart For 19 September with departures time of 11h50 and return flights for the 23rd September at 16h40 . Upon paying I noticed that the times were completely different for the flights. I then called flysafair and they told me that they cannot assist me as I didn’t book through their website i booked through travelstart Search engine. I then proceeded to call Travelstart and they told me that there is nothings that they can do on their end and I should call flysafair . To correct the flight times on the flysafair I am charged 600 extra . Which is totally ridiculous as this is not an error on my end .
