My iPhone 6s plus I never got

I ordered a iPhone 6s plus from isave store on the 23rd of May and I have not received it. I tried contacting the seller but I'm being ignored on WhatsApp but there are posts that people are receiving their orders. I recently found out that I'm not the only one complaining and scammed. I asked to be refunded but I'm still being ignored
