Takealot Shoddy product Toolbox set review.
We bought a unit a toolbox, it delivered on the 16th of December. It is called ; 85 Piece Tool Box Set With Metal Box - 1/4" & 1/2" Professional Tools on the Takealot Store page, aka : https://www.takealot.com/85-piece-tool-box-set-with-metal-box-1-4-1-2/PLID94604994 Now as a person whom has worked 4 years in the plumbing industry and continues to work in a technical role, I have to say my experience with this toolset was dreadful. The Measuring tape was firstly stuck and secondly non functional with one time use. The Grips of the Gas Plier / Water Pump Pliers came loose immediately with first use. The same was applicable to the pliers. The 17mm Spanner snapped at the head when we were fastening a motor gate. We since took the product back to Takealot. Their official response was as follows :"Unfortunately we cannot accept your return request as there is visible user damage to the return item which voids the warranty. Our returns policy states that the defective item cannot be accepted if the item : Is faulty due to normal wear and tear ( that means the normal damage that occurs over time ) is damaged by you, or you didn't take good care of it; is damaged by electrical surges, or sea air corrosion (like rust); is damaged because you modified it, or works as described on our website but you're using it for an unintended purpose. Please refer to the "defective items" section in our returns policy for more details. " As someone whom has worked for quite some time with hand tools I can tell you these were not quality products, as a customer of takealot I am aggrieved and horrified that myself, and others in similar positions are taken advantage of with shoddy products for a corporate bottom line. We have bought takealot products before without disappointment, Our subsequent follow-up with Takealot has not yielded results or communication. We are deeply disappointed and have ceased all purchases and good faith references to Takealot.

Excellent Food and Experience at Masala Indian Restaurant, Hartbee****rt.
We went to the branch in Hartbee****rt. The food and service is excellent, wonderful cuisine and milkshakes. The curry is exceptional. The atmosphere is lovely. We had Chicken- Badami and Madras, we previously had Korma and Tandoori Chicken, everything was mouthwatering. The milkshakes are thick and flavourful. The portions have a good quantity of food and are satisfying.

Poor Service Delivery Madibeng Local Municipality
If I could give less than one star I would. So far we've had constant issues with power outages, and water supply, little to no communication of any kind from the Municipality, regarding these issues. The numbers for electrical and general inquiries on their website does not work ( non existing when dailed ) you'd be Luck to get an answer when you phone the emergency line, and then their so called "Stand by" electricians of the fire department, went of shift. How is there a stand by when people just aren't available even in an emergency of for after hours when unexpected things happen ?

House at 39 Kerk Street Brits.
This House 39 Kerk Street could have been a joy to reside in, however that couldn't be further from the truth, the maintenance is terrible in the sense that eventhough you pay rent, they take between 27 hours and 5 days to resolve the issue, the first issue was electrical, which the then maintenance officer explained as "Nothing he can do about it." The second issue was a broken window from a robbery, which wasn't fixed until 5 days later. The most sour part of renting at these premises was the security, having lost a great deal of money and emotional well-being the owners of the premises neglected to make any security improvements, as a result we suffered a second break in and again suffered a great loss. I would not recommend these premises to any person, no matter their circumstances.
