Aramex taking incompetence to an art level. I ordered an items from Style phase and delivery was confirmed for 05 April. I kept track and on the 01 April saw that it had been delivered to Aramex warehouse in Pretoria, and would be out for delivery to me the On the 04th of April when I noticed delivery had not taken place I checked the tracking again and called the contact center spoke to Simone who could not answer a single question or give update in terms of where my parcel is. It now stated that there was "no answer "however i did not recieve a call and they was no attempt to deliver the parcel
Wri I am extremely disappointed with MTN Mobile Money service. I made a Cash express withdrawal of R1300, but no reference number or voucher code was issued, while the transaction still shows as pending. I have made numerous calls for assistance with no proper help. I was transferred around, could not reach a supervisor, and agents said they could not transfer me because supervisors were working from home and their phones went to voicemail. This is unacceptable when customers’ money is involved. I urgently need MTN to either issue my withdrawal reference number or reverse the full amount back to my account.
Absolutely unacceptable service from MTN (Ref: REQ000006697188). I have received no proper feedback on my query. Every time I call, I’m told it is being “escalated,” yet this only happens when I follow up – clearly no action is being taken behind the scenes. I was also informed that supervisors do not speak to customers, which is extremely concerning when there is no resolution. The only response I received was to wait 3 working days, excluding weekends, with no real update or accountability. This is poor customer service and a lack of transparency. I expect urgent intervention, a proper update, and immediate resolution of this matter.
Bought groceries on the 25th on the pick n pay ASAP @ 12 :40 and the delivery was supposed to be made around 13 :30 to 14 :00 the delivery got delayed without an update on the app i called the contact center only to be told that they don't know when the order will be dispatched i asked for the order to be cancelled. The order was cancelled and i was told the refund will be paid into my account with 2 to 3 working days which to date has not been done. I then called again this morning and spoke to Vanessa who is now telling me that the payment will be made within 3 to 5 working day i then explained hat was told on sunday the 26th by one of the contact center agent and requested to speak to a manager. I was then referred to Thando the supposed manager who changed the story to say my payment was made on Sunday the 26th.I asked for the proof that the payment was made she came up with all sorts of excuses in the book to a point where she put me on hold without my permission or consent for about an hour till i Hung up. Can somebody deal with these and give me my money back
Nedbank’s customer service has been extremely disappointing. Their staff appear poorly trained. On the 02/10/2025 i went to withdraw an Imali Voucher of R1550 however i couldn't because the ATM had a problem i left and later went back to try and withdraw again and i got the receipt to say my voucher has been cancelled i then called the contact center i was advised the funds was refunded back to the sender which is not true because to date the money has not been refunded. I have contacted your contact center again yesterday on the 08/09/2025 regarding this matter and spoke with Agent Siphele as well as Supervisor/TL Phindi Mweli. Both acknowledged that the issue resulted from Nedbank’s error. Despite this acknowledgment, the matter has not been resolved, and my money has not been refunded. This situation is highly unsatisfactory, and I am requesting immediate action to ensure that the funds are refunded without further delay. I also request written confirmation of the steps being taken to resolve this issue.
Absolutely horrid service. I sent a cash withdrawal vouchers a week ago. The voucher expired and i tried to generate another voucher number only to find out the vouch expired and paid back to my wallet, but I still haven't received my voucher number to withdraw my number or a refund back into my Momo account. When I escalated the issue to Momo all I get is "we are working on the issue in the backend" for how long? Please see your stupid reference number which hasn't been able to help. Ref 6431621.Please train your staff properly including the stupid managers or supervisors who are hardly available to answer customer queries
The worst service ever I bought a home router which was supposed to be delivered within 1-3 day but that didn't happen the home router was eventually delivered 5 days later but the SIM card was not Rica'd I called to get rica the SIM card I was told they couldn't process my request since it's a weekend my request will be processed latest by Monday.The agents Yamkela Mqulwana and Wandile Maphumolo whee so unprofessional they kept transferring me from one agent to the other when I requested to speak to a supervisor I was told MTN has only three supervisor what the hell
The service is *******. The whole of South Africa needs to know about this ******* service. Even the call centre agents don't know anything. There is no superior you can talk to. They never, ever get back to you. Almost every day I ask to speak to a supervisor or manager, but they never put me through. It is a mistake to order from. Makro. They will put you on hold until the phone eventually goes off.
I bought a few house hold items from macro on the 24the amongst those item I had bought a fan which had missing poles and some other parts upon delivery as well as serving dishes that where broken.i since logged a call with them for a return of those item to date I have not received any response or feedback.when you call the contact centre you receive the worst service ever.on the 29th I called to get assistance spoke to a lady by the name of Tina she was so rude and unprofessional I'm disappointed
