I am staying in a complex in Roodepoort called Silver Birch Gardens cnr Roma and snipe street we don't have electricity since 10am 27th of November till today we are not owing city power but have not been restored until today no updates our neighbour's are having electricity all our food has rotten we tried calling our counselor for assistance and also surrounding areas counselors even city power managers we not getting we have people who takes medication that have to be refrigerated this issue is not taking a tall on us emotionally,financially but also health wise the painful part is the electricity bill will be the same as last month with so many days without electricity
I bought a phone online it was supposed to be delivered today on the 10/11/2025 I tracked it made sure I availed myself waited as I tracked my package it said out for delivery waited as I see the day is now over around 17:15 I tracked only to find the outcome saying I refused the package when and how I don't know this people are ******
I have been getting sms and emails from fnb saying they are still busy with my ***** case the other one requires me to call for feedback talking about inconsideration with what money
On the the 28th of March I had 13 transactions in my account within 3minutes unknown transactions which cleaned my account before I could even pay my bond and other debts, I called the ***** line which they told me it will be investigated which will 7 to 3o days what my I eat,go on my daily life went to my nearest bank in Horizon, Roodepoort where I was told to call ***** line on the progress with what money it's really frustrating because I've used this bank for years but I'm not getting any help I need, called the ***** line only to be told wait for the email I'm currently sinking in depression as I'm a single parent school fees not paid
I have ordered a Pizza at princess Park roodepoort at 18:42 around 19:20 my app said Pizza delivered I called the shop only for the person who answered to explain that it's an error it will be delivered in 5minutes only at 20:25 the delivery guy called telling me that they came and went back lying because I've been waiting in a guard room only for them to deliver at 20:30 in almost 2hours I'm really disappointed 😞
I have seens been waiting for my refund or any communication from rain
Rain technician was sent to remove my router promised to refund me still awaiting refund
Unfortunately the technician came installed the outside router but unfortunately the router is offline I'm really not happy I wasted my money it's going to be a month now I bought something that didn't serve any purpose thanks to rain I have decided to cancel and they don't charge me for the router that has never worked.
I have bought my 5G router on the 7th of this month it hasn't worked until to-date I have been collecting their support online group, instead I'm promised call backs, the last time I called was on the 18th in which I was promised a callback from technicians as my router needs a technician because apparently it doesn't show on their system so a technician needs to do a home visit ,in which I was a call before the end of business day byThato I'm still waiting for their call and the technician it's going for a month now me wasting my money calling.
