I bought tallin pavillion gazebo from homechoice. I have been requesting them to send me proof of purchase/invoice from the 27th December 2023 up until today they havent sent me that proof of purchase. I sent several emails, made calls everything and requeating them to call back but nothing happened. Im very hurt because Im still paying for that gazebo but they cant help me with just a proof of purchase. They are just quite, they dont even respond to emails. When I call they keep on promising that they will send it but they never did. Im so disapppinted in them.
I was involved in an accident on the 3rd of February 2023. My car was towed to DME autobody Vereeniging. It stayed there for about 3 months. When I finally got it back, it had some faults and I had to take it back. The person who was assigned to help me, Andries he ended up very rude to me and closed the trellidor on my face, shouting at me telling me that my car was eaten by rats. I then had to ask for the owner who came out very polite and committed that he will sort out my car. He is quite the opposite of his employee, he fixed the problem and even changed my brake pads for free, I just bought the brake pads & he didnt charge me for labour. After that the car came back with the dashboard message regarding the brake assist, I had to take it back and was told it will take a day. I took it back yesterday, Monday the 29th May. Around 15h30 I called to check when will I get it back, only then the rude Andries told me that they wont finish it same day. He didnt even had the decency to atleast make me aware that my car wont be back same day as promised. This morning I called to check what time can I get the car back, I have to go to work and I work in Pretoria. Andries was very rude and told me he cannot always call people about my car. I told him he should call to make follow up because its about 5months now they struggling with my car. As we speak I dont have a car and I was supposed to be at work. The treatment I got from Andries is so bad that it traumatized me more than the accident itself. I would like however, to thank the owner, the receptionist & the drivers who showed ubuntu & treated me with respect.
I bought an iron which stopped working after 4 months of purchase. I returned it on the 30th May 2022 and was promised that I will get it back in 21 days. Today is the 06th of July I still havent received my iron i make calls & send messages everyday & they only tell me that they have escalated the matter. How many escalations should be done before this matter is sorted. I need that iron, its a necessity hence I bought it. We are struggling, my grandson has to iron his school uniform every Sunday. I also need to go to work presentable. Whats worse is that they proudly debit my account for the iron I dont have, now Im paying for nothing, no value for money Im a staunch customer of Homechoice but from now on I will never buy there nor refer anyone. BAD SERVICE EVER
