I was struggling with a radiology claim for the longest time. I spoke to so many consultants, but the query remained unresolved until I spoke to a lady, Uyanda Zungu, who assisted with so much patience and grace. Consultants like her are rare; thank you, Uyanda.
False advertising, I bought a deal online but they advertised the picnic inside a balloon after the purchase I was advised that that’s just for advert purposes and I was denied refund. On the day of the service, no one is welcoming the guests or telling them where to go you must figure all things yourself and when you ask Karabo the reception lady gives you attitude, I wouldn’t normally bad mouth a fellow employee but Karabo knows how to ruin one’s day. The staff is not happy at all and us as the guest we can feel that energy. Search for other spas don’t go waste your money at Pamensky, the food was great and small but it took 100 years to make? The pool and jacuzzi were not working and no one cared to inform us prior to the visitation yet they advertise using them as an attraction point.

I enquired an RE1 class back in Feb and same time paid for it via ABSA cash send but unfortunately I was not put in a group, on the day of the class I called to confirm if it is continuing you said yes but you had given me the wrong venue instead of Braamfontein you said Rivonia so you put me in a group for RE1 rivonia for 25 March. Later on you told us all in the group that the class won’t go on that day because you don’t have enough people to rent the hall for and you said we can ask for a refund if we don’t want to wait much longer. I asked for a refund and you said it will be processed in 6 weeks but I have been waiting since then. I don’t know how many texts I’ve sent or calls I made that no one cares to return
I am very dissatisfied with ABSA idirect, firstly I'm unable to reach them telephonically and via email. I have a policy with them but they never sent my policy documents. how do I even cancel if I cant reach them?
