<div>Sent my pc in for a claim after loadshedding damaged my pc, then discovery sent it to a company called ***** the fault report came back and said it was wear and tear, i then told the insurance that it is not and want them to get a second opinion, they then sent it to Sulvex and said again it is wear and tear, i told them that if loadshedding damage is called wear and tear i would rather cancel my insurance, and up to now i still did not receive my damaged pc back, and i keep asking and get no answer, it has been 2months already</div>
My daughters desktop pc was on she was gaming then loadshedding hit after loadshedding the desktop did not turn on anymore, i let my insurance know and they sent this company called chata tech to collect the pc, they arrived had no documentation stating they are taking the desktop and what is in the desktop, insurance then 4 days later insurance lets me know that chata tech says it is wear and tear, it seems like this is what chata tech does to all equipment just calls it wear and tear. And when i ask to see the report the insurance and chata tech wont show me the report,
