Poor service!
Poor service! Placed an online order 2 weeks ago, and up to date no sign of any delivery. Unable to enquire about my order, as there is just no answer at the customer helpline. After numerous emails and calls, I am wondering if this company still exists.0 replies

Frustration upon frustration!
Pathetic service and *********** call centre personnel. Have received a delivery addressed to me, but with someone else’s order. Have been struggling for over a week now to get them to understand that it is not what I have ordered, that it must be another client’s order. To get a refund or an exchange from them has been an absolute nightmare! About 10 emails, and 8 telephonic calls later, and I still have not received my original order in full.0 replies
