Never use UPS. it would be easier doing it by yourself
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my utter frustration and anger with the review board and the entire process that has been ongoing for far too long. It is absolutely unacceptable that we are still in the same position we were when this started. From the very beginning, I had high hopes that the review board would take our concerns seriously and take swift action to rectify the situation. However, it has become painfully clear that this has not been the case. It is unconscionable that we have been forced to endure such a lengthy and drawn-out process with little to no progress made. We have provided ample evidence to support our claims, yet it seems as though our concerns have fallen on deaf ears. I cannot emphasize enough how deeply disappointed and frustrated I am with the review board's handling of this matter. It is simply unacceptable to have wasted so much time and energy without any meaningful resolution. I implore the review board to take immediate action to rectify this situation and provide us with the justice we deserve. Anything less than a swift and satisfactory resolution will only further compound our frustrations and anger.

Be careful of the inverter installer
Not great. Arun, the man that installed the inverter, did not understand the system he bought me. After he installed the inverter he letters and it kept tripping every 45 mins to an hour. He can back the next day and it was because he set up the batteries incorrectly. then 6 weeks later the system turns off never to turn on again and he has not come back to fix anything. 2 weeks of not coming to fix the issues and we sit with the R55000 system that is not keeping the lights on.
