Your staff attitude is gonna be the downfall of this establishment in SA. They act like they are doing us a favour. The Kauai in Milpark is terrible. The staff had such a horrible attitude last week, despite my attempts to be friendly with them. What’s disheartening is that I saw how friendly with the white guy who bought before me so I'm not sure if it's about colour, gender or what because I'm a black girl. The worst part is that they are black women too. After this terrible service, I got a smoothie that I had to blend myself when I got home because it wasn't coming out of the straw. It was as if they’d mixed the ingredients in the cup with a straw and given it to me without using a blwnder. The smoothies at the Milpark branch are terrible compared to those at other branches, and my friends have confirmed it but the one I got last week was my final straw because I’m almost sure they did that on purpose. I’ll definitely be making my own smoothies at home after working out at the Milpark Virgin Active
I have realised that a lot of companies seem great until you place an online order with them. I placed my 3rd online order with Dis-chem on Friday using my online account but now I can’t even track or get an update on it because the very same account says “account couldn't be created due to information mismatch” when I try to log into it. Tried calling and sending emails to the support team but they don't seem to be bothered.
Spent over R50 airtime since last week Thursday trying to contact them with no luck. They'll just play music for you all the time. I doubt they have any call centres. Today it's Tuesday and I still can't reach them regarding my parcel🚮
Horrible delivery company ever!! All you’ll do is waste your money and airtime trying to reach out to them to sort out your delivery.
I ordered a laptop from Makro online store on April 15 and today marks exactly 32 days without receiving my laptop.
