Santam saved me a whopping R900 on my car insurance. I couldn’t believe it-i recommend them! The lady who assisted me was very professional and even called me back after the line was cut-off. Big up to Nokuthula Mthombeni.
Poor service, disrespectful manager, 9weeks lead time, degrading statements, the list is endless!!! Basically, zero customer service!
12 May 2022: I expressed my dissatisfaction towards DSTV misleading customers regarding their offers. A day later received a response from them. Which was impressive and I was assured my matter was resolved. To my surprise when I checked my account, that is not the case. Yet again, misleading the customer! This is pathetic!!!
DSTV is misleading and reaping off their customers. I received a 3months offer sms. A month later when it’s their annual increase, I’m told the offer is conveniently ended without informing the customer. My service was disrupted for the whole month and charged reconnection fees every time I contacted the call centre. I overpaid them, requested a refund, 5days later still have not received my money. Your service it’s pathetic!!!
