I submitted my claim on the 16 October 2023. I was assisted by Simone and the process was a breeze. My car was booked in at Fantam Auto Body on the 23 October 2023 . My car was repaired and returned to me on the 24 October 2023. My first claim with Naked insure and I am really impressed with the paperless, effortless claim process. Thank you Simone, Team Naked Insure and Fantam Auto Body.
A watched was purchased on the 16/10/22 for my sons birthday which was on the 24/10/22 . We were told to bring him to the store ( American Swiss Mall of the South ) to have the watched resized which we did on his birthday the 24/10/22. The person assisting us ( Sphamandla Manceda ) removed a few links and brought the watch back to us after 30min. While inspecting the watch I noticed that it had been damaged ( dented on the link of the wrist band. I brought it to Sphamandlas attention. He advised that unfortunately there is nothing he can do about it as he is not responsible for any damage to the watch as we requested for it to be resized. This is unacceptable as we paid for a new watch, was told that it could be resized in store and now it is damaged due to negligence of the store.
I have not received my fuel cashback for past 2 months. Calls are not being answered and when my call is taken I am being pushed from pillar to post. No customer service.
I have been trying to contact discovery since the 07/01/2021 . The calls are being forwarded and not answered. I've emailed them on the 07/01/2020 and received an automated reply with a ref no.7592611021 which there was no response to thereafter. I resent the email with the ref number on the 09/02/2021 and received a call today from Leon Peters who called to explain their departmental process which does not answer my question. The link between discover and Bosch does not exist as explained to me by the Bosch Service Center. I am disappointing as this was not what I signed up for.
Discovery Insure Vitality Drive has messed up my driver profile. Dropped me from Gold status to Silver in a day by removing my driver score points for the month of September. Amazing how we play by the rules yet Discover Insure can take it away within a second.
a Discovery agent ( Thokozane ) called my on the 25/06/20 offering me a maintenance/service plan for my motor vehicle which I have accepted on the day. I have since followed all their instructions including having the 101 point check at Bosch and had my car serviced on the 15/09/20. As I am on Gold status and decided to service my car at the Honda dealership where it was purchased I am entitled to 25% of the service cost which I paid in full. I have emailed the invoice to Discovery insure on 2 occasions with no reply from them. I have called them and spoke to Thandiwe on the 15/09/20 who advised that it would be attended to. I tried calling them again today and upon waiting for an agent it goes to a voicemail. Can someone from Discovery please get back to me. As long standing client this is not the service I want.

I called Planet Fitness and spoke to Casandra Mathe on the 19/12/2019 to cancel my gym membership. I was told to pay a cancellation fee in order for my membership to be cancelled immediately which I did. However I keep receiving sms's that my debit order will still go out on the 30/12/2019. I sent an email querying this and spoke to Casandra Mathe again and was told that unfortunatly the debit order will go through and I should reverse this. Why should I pay the bank fees for reversing the debit order ? Casandra Mathe advises that if i do not want to reverse the transaction I will have to wait 14 working days from the debit order date in order to receive a refund and that refunds are only done on a Friday which would make the refund date the 20/01/2020. Their system sucks !!! I paid the cancellation fees so cancel the debit order !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a personal loan with Udu Loans. I have not been receiving statements for the past 3 months. I have tried contacting them with no success. I did a credit check and see that MBD has me listed for an amount of R31000.00 . I contacted them and they advised that they have taken over from Udu. MBD has not informed me of this takeover. I have never received a statement from them. The debit me every month as Udu and not Mbd. They have taken the installment on the 11/12/19 without my permission as my agreement with Udu was the last day of the month. The account is also duplicated on Transunions system as MBD has taken of the UDu loan account as they have now taken over. There it is showing Udu active with a balance and MBD active with a balance. This is not acceptable.
