Best online experience and quickest delivery ever
Ordered 2 x inverters at 1pm on a Friday afternoon. Both were delivered at 3pm. This was by far the quickest online experience I have ever had. I was not expecting delivery before Monday. Excellent 5-star service.

Fantastic online shopping experience.
Fantastic online shopping experience. I purchased a dehumidifier/air purifier unit and it arrived in record time. Very happy with the quality of the product and the fast and efficient service from Ecohub. I would highly recommend this company, and their prices are very attractive.

Exceptional customer-centric company
Placed an order for an item according to the specifications published on the product webpage. When the item arrived, I discovered that not all the published accessories were supp**** as standard, and that some of them were optional although this was never disclosed on the product webpage. I contacted The Paramedic Shop and informed them of this and they, without any argument due to the misleading information on their product webpage, promised to send me the required (optional) accessory free of charge. This is without doubt an exceptional customer-centric company, going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you for providing this kind of customer service. I would definitely continue to support and promote this business in the future.
