Goodmorning I have a launched a complain to two of consultant of moimooi day spa regarding the money I paid in the account by mistake on the 14 March 2025 I have been talking to them. I am been taking from pillar to post with my money. I have been there client from 2020. Last month they cancelled my appointments a day before my appointment and they promised me I can book next month any day. When I tried to book any day the month of April is fully booked. I told them can I have my subscription back still they don't want. Please assist I am really in need of my money. There service is very poor

Goodafternoon please assist me I have been harrassed by Mbd that I am owing them 36000 as an interest. I was owing Woolworths credit card 42000 when I was handed over to them 2016 paying 1500 2020 I stopped paying because according to my calculations I am done paying. 2018 legal aid asked for statement because different consultant's will call me giving different amount that I am owing 75000 even now there saying Woolworths handed me over with 75000 last year may I am confused when I ask them what are they seeing on the system respond you have 2 account's I have only credit card that I was handed over they say one is closed other still owing that I don't have I think there changing me double interest. I am getting calls everyday explaining same story how can I owe 75000 from 42000 even though I was paying please assist. I know that's a **** of people buying books from companies to harrass us for payment. Please assist
Goodmorning am a client of old mutual from 2003 its first time I experience very bad service. Last week on the 24 March 2022 I went to there office to withdraw from my account investment which I signed documents stating money will be in my account 3 to four days. Today I have been taking from pillar to post regarding my refund am in cape Town have to travel back to Pretoria I don't have funds to travel back with my kids. I need money as urgently. Can I be called at my number 0826832522. Yesterday I received the message its been processed it will take another 3 days I cannot be stucked in cape Town. Am going to cancel my policy transfer to other insurance companies. I rather loose than be disappointed by the insurance doesn't give best service.
