Customer service excellence I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent service I received. I called in on Tuesday to enquire whether it would be possible to expedite my order or collect it in person, as I was scheduled to travel to Cape Town the following morning. Unfortunately, I did not take the name of the lady who assisted me; however, she was absolutely wonderful and truly embodied what outstanding customer service is about. She went above and beyond to ensure that my delivery was expedited, and I am pleased to confirm that I received the full order yesterday. Because of this exceptional service, you have certainly gained me as a loyal client. Thank you very much, and please continue the amazing work.
THE IS A LADY BY THE NAME NUREESA WOW!!!!!!!! I bought two pair of shoes online requested exchange, one shoe was returned with no communication of the other pair, when i requested the shoes exchange the size was available online. now this lady with a stinky attitude wants to tell me that the shoes is not available and and i MUST take refund not even apologetic about anything the level of rudeness of this lady is a poor image for this brand. I can not lay an official complain on the website BUT I WOULD ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO USE THE ONLINE SERVICESES BECAUSE THE WOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS POOR UNSKILLED LADY CALLED NUREESA. REALLY I AM DISSAPOINTED HOW THEY CAN HIRE SOMEONE LIKE THIS TO HANDLE CUSTOMER SERVICE QURIES.
The poor service of the finance department the level of incompetence, They block your results for an outstanding amount of R800 from R35000 which was paid in cash. than after you make payment u send BANK POP than after u sent the pop they say u have to wait 3 days for the money to reflect????????? what is the point of the POP ???
wow !!!!! the level of poor service of Nedbank i am in disbelieve i registered a fraud case 3 months ago they told me 45 working days. after 45 working days i have to call and ask for feed back i lost money no one is worried about the client i have missed payments on accounts because of this poor service they are not worried at all. when you don't have a lawyer to represent you in cases like this it can take months how can they not know what happened to my money when i trust them to keep it safe for me. i am ready to walk to walk away cancel all policies and move to a different bank honestly Nedbank customer service is the worst of the worst
The level of poor service from this insurance company I don't understand how they are still open. so the lady monique gordon tells me she cant confirm the colour of the phone I will be receiving so I ask if the colour is pink what must happen. No reply from than when u call she is always out or on a call u cant choose a different phone with same market value u cant choose colour so they will bring what they believe is good for u so this level of poor service doesn't belong in the insurance industry ombudsman must review this companies polices its a joke I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. THE REVIEWS ON THIS COMPANY are shocking.
