I am a king price member for many years I have almost all your products on my policy , house hold, building contents , as well as 3 vehicles. Everytime I had a claim they always had an issue and wouldnt grant even with evidence provided, but every month king price dont mind to debit or increase your installments but dont make you feel like a valuable client to your needs. I opened a claim with king price on a stain I had noticed on my roof where the geyser is I have sent them images and videos to show to them the issue I was experiencing King price sent someone to come out and look at the issue I complained about IT they told king price that there was no leak in the roof even after sending them images and videos to show them the proof. I couldnt leave the water to leak so I had a second option come and look and they mentioned that there was a leak from the solar panel that is connect the geyser that is creating the leak. I informed King price that I had someone come and check the issue and that they have sorted the issue. King price said I should request the invoice from the company that came out to sort the issue and they will refund us the money back. Yesterday I received and email stating that the following the assessment there was no damage to the item.. However I sent king price and the company they sent the images and videos to show them the issue. As a member of king price I am not happy with their service at all

Absa is the worst and ********* bank there is just because you have a vehicle with them they force clients to take Insurnance when we have existing policy. Why can’t they do follow ups on the insurance we have provided cover for to find out if we have Insurnance or not and if not than call there clients to add their own insurance. Even after sending my proof of insurance they still have the nerve to go into my account and debit they Insurnance which will than lead my name being in a negative as they can’t debit they premium because of they stupid insurance You are an ********* bank and what you are doing to force your value added products and your loyal customer is very wrong Stop your nonsense and what you are doing
I ordered online on Black Friday the 25 November 2022.. I ordered a 85 inch Tv and Sound bar as well as pay my Tv licence. On the 05 December 2022 only one item was delivered the sound bar. I have made a enquiry I called to do a follow up to find out why only one item was delivered and the 85 inch Tv was not.. I have never had any feedback on when the Item will be delivered. I was given a reference on the 05 December so the warehouse can do a follow up the reference one as given 9000277029.. Today is Thursday the 8 December 2022 no one has emailed me or called me to give any type of follow up as to why the Tv was not yet delivered or to call and tell me that I will get a refund or when the order will be delivered nothing. Whenever we call incredible connection 0860011700 all they can do is log a call , when you call after 24 hours they re-log another dispute with no way forward.. The warehouse JD group also can’t assist with when the other order will be delivered or not This is the worst service ever online from incredible connection.. Never buy any items online
