Hi there, I was upgrading my contract and wanted assistance from the so called service champion why I would get an application sent to me with new application details. He was rude and shouting at me over email and the phone, he did not even want to assist me when I asked him about a Subscriber Application Form that was sent to me with incorrect details.
***** done now I don't know how to serve a tenant for owing me money. Can't find tenant addresses used for application not real ones.
Hi there, I think I have called 3 times already and not even a solution, I have been told to restart my router I don't know how many times. 🙄 First call: I was told to hold on the line I would be redirected to technical and after a while the call ended. Second call: I was told to switch off my device for 15 minutes and switch it on. Third call: IVR just went quiet without even a sound. Number : 0810232480

Hi there, I just got a call from a Kate asking me if I need some insurance. I don't know why a company could have my information when according to POPI, I am supposed to give them consent.
I am a bit concerned about Nissan SA and if they know what POPI means, while other companies have been sending emails asking members about them having their information and whether the clients would still like their information stored. I get an email from Nissan telling me that I should not be worried my info is stored safely. No Nissan that is not how POPI works and you have failed on that and please remove me from your subscription/mailer list.
Greetings, Email Reference Number : 287306174 I am no confused I have received 2 emails regarding the cancellation of my cell c contract yet and I was given 2 different dates 18 and the 25 Dec 2020. Which was fine as they may have calculated incorrectly. My assumption was that the contract was cancelled, I dont understand why I am receiving emails with my January statement? Kind Regards,
