Discovery health app is terrible to use and keeps disconnecting and crashing when trying to use it for support assistance. There is also no way to get reconnected to the agent that helped you before it disconnected you. If i could give zero stars i would definitely do that. Needed to get 2 different injections and discovery refused to pay for both needles after payment was submitted from the medical provider. Absurd! Trying to get to the bottom of this but cannot seem to use the app or chat bot as it keeps crashing.
Terrible experience with Standard Bank Prestige banking and Complaints department. I have been struggling to get any response from them on queries related to my card delivery. I cannot access my funds in my account because I need my card and were told my new card would arrive between 3-5 days.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR DELIVERY!! They are very bad at keeping customers up to date with delivery notifications. I followed up after 2 weeks receiving notification from the company I ordered a very expensive package from they have lost my parcel in their warehouse and that I must go and request a refund from the company I ordered from. Totally unacceptable service and I am bound to report them to the SA Ombudsman for *****ing.
I used your online site to purchase a 2 suitcase and have not received any invoice or payment confirmation. I checked my account and it shows the money has been deducted and payment was successful but on your online system it shows invoice error. You are not responding to my emails that I send to customer services as this is an urgent matter. Extremely disappointed in Samsonite SA pathetic customer service.
I'm still waiting for my order to be delivered that I ordered on 11/29, it's supposed to be delivered after 7 days. I called the call center and its stuck at Montague Gardens Cape Town and no one is getting back to me with an update on a very expensive item I have bought. I am extremely disappointed in their service at this branch, I have escalated and escalated and they just don't give a damn about their customers.
I ordered a product from loot that was delivered by their couriers, the box wasn’t sealed and there were no delivery slip. Upon opening the item we discovered that one of the crucial parts are missing. I emailed loot to find out about the delivery they don’t respond not even an email acknowledging receipt of email. I tried phoning you are on hold all the time, I emailed again and still no response. The most terrible customer service, I would not advice ordering from them.
Do you even have support available? You dont answer calls or reply to emails? How can anyone get hold of a support agent to help??????
Absolutely disappointed in their service and lack of communication. There are no contact number to get hold of them I am still waiting on my money to be refunded and they just don't reply to you. The xiaomi phones are amazing this place is just disappointing and they should be reported with the south african consumer service.
