EDGAR HEIGHTS-REAL ESTATE SERVES -Poor customer service I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my rental deposit by Real Estate Services regarding my tenancy at Edgars Heights. After giving my 30-day notice, I vacated the property on 31 March. Since then, I have been repeatedly passed between my agent (Jessica), her manager (Carol), and the new owner (Rene), with no clear accountability or proper communication regarding the refund of my deposit. No joint exit inspection was conducted with me present, nor was I given the opportunity to attend one. This is a serious concern as it means any potential deductions may not have been properly agreed upon or verified. Despite this, I have now been told to wait 7 days for payment, while communication has been inconsistent, unhelpful, and frustrating. It is disappointing that the process of recovering my deposit has been so difficult, especially given how efficiently deposits are collected at the start of a lease. I am now having to follow up repeatedly and essentially “beg” for my own money to be refunded, which is unacceptable.It’s day 18 and no payment made
