I placed an order for collection and I was advised to collect the order within 15- 20 minutes and the gent's name is Bonke who took my call and order. Upon my arrival at the outlet 30 minutes later I was told the order was not prepared and would be prepared after I pay but this was not communicated during the call. So why did they tell me to collect within the time frame they gave me? what was the reason for me to wait for nothing? What makes it worse is that when I called the store to complain about it the lady who picked up the phone her name is Bridgette , she put me on hold instead of transferring me to the person who placed my order and when I called again she hung up the phone after hearing that it was me when I called again after holding for a long time. This specific Steers outlet has very poor service from the staff , they never take clients seriously and drag their feet when clients have complaints. Even the manager doesn't try to engage when such situations prevail.
I discovered a worm in my burger after taking a few bites. Went to steers and the manager was not interested in my complain , she didnt even talk to me . She was talking to the cashier who'm I gave my complain.
The service is poor and they prepare food with missing ingredients . You wait too long for your order even when the store is not busy , staff is always on their phone and ignoring customers .my fold over didn't even have sauce and tomatoes .
The white lady who answers the phone is rude and sounds racist ! Fix your attitude.
<div>My mom is a member of this medical aid scheme and a diabetic patient, she was diagnosed with gangrene yesterday and her Dr gave her a letter for admission for possible operation . And when she was filling out admission forms at the hospital she was asked to talk to the medical aid herself. And on the phone a white lady was asking ridiculous questions and requesting information that my mom can not have she requested 1. Clinical information and 2.treatment plan , what the **** is this bull****? She has an emergency and she’s being asked of these things and the lady on the phone is asking her why is she only going to hospital now and when did she start showing signs of infection like really? This medical aid is paid up to date and all her life of going in and out of hospital she has never experienced such ridicule . Now she can’t get admission and it’s urgent, opting for this medical aid was a serious bad idea , even the staff is abusive and disrespectful.</div>
