Purchased a new Defy washing machine, after 1 week a mouse damaged the plastic water pipes. We called defy to assist with replacement parts and repair , technician came out to home on 3 January. He advised he need to order pipes and said pump also need replacement as it is on unit. No problem for me as long as wife get washing machine ready without messing water. Job order 1906402. First they tell me they had to do a stock take and could not order spares, then they tell me the Defy branch in Durban must deliver to Gauteng and nobody knows when it will be delivered. Takealot and courier companies deliver within 2 working days. Defy service very poor , 2 weeks later and still waiting with no understanding from their service support staff of their business processes.

Ordered (order 27808) an AC Adopter power supply for a Celestron telescope on 11 December 2021. It showed in stock with 10-25 days working days delivery. Still awaiting , it is now 2 March and they do not respond. Very poor service and communication,
