Worst service Ever!!
I was transferred over to this company by Fairheads and Wow there service is the worst. When you call they dnt answer and if you lucky after 30mins they tell you to email and they dnt respond. Ivr sent 11 emails to them i needed to claim back as i made payment to my sons school but no response. They say claim is 7 to 10 days now its over a month no response. I dnt why they cant transfer us back to Fairheads as there service was the best. I just need to be re embursed that is it or for some one to call me and let me know what is happening.

Frustrated and Stressed by the service #####
Im upset at the service i have recieved from Capitec . Jan 26 found out that my account was frozen , first agent in Scottburg branch told me to get an affidavit cause there was fraudulent monies that went into my account , mind you its monies im unaware offi got affidavit took it to gateway branch. Then agent said i need another affidavit 😪 he gave my statement it was money transfered to me in Nov 2021 R5000.. I got an affidavit another affidavit as well as another one from the guy who transferred money to me. Then agent in Gateway his name is Njabulo told me i need id copy if the person who transfered money to me . I cant get that from the person coz he is out of the country and i now cant get ahold of him.. But i think this rubbish where in my contract does it say i have to get an affidavit for any activities in my account. My salaries are being held ib the frozen account i have no money im stressed Capitex frezzing my accout without my knowledge documents have been submitted but im getting no joy.. Why can i get my monies while Capitec is busy with there stupid investigations Im broke frustrated and stress ..
