Unnecessary Behaviour - Spoiling the experience

We recently visited your tasting room as a group of ladies from Johannesburg after being recommended to try your wine ****tails. On arrival, we were warmly assisted by Reeve, who truly elevated our experience with his engaging, humorous, and attentive service. His interaction with our group made the visit lively and enjoyable, and we were thoroughly entertained and appreciative of his hospitality. Unfortunately, the experience changed when Zandile approached our table and asked us to “tone it down,” despite us simply laughing and enjoying ourselves in a respectful manner. This comment felt unnecessary and took away from what had otherwise been a very pleasant visit. It was disappointing that such a positive experience, led by Reeve’s excellent service, ended on a negative note. Hospitality should feel welcoming and inclusive, and this interaction made us feel quite the opposite. Sadly, based on this experience, we would hesitate to recommend your establishment to guests who are looking for a relaxed, enjoyable, and social tasting environment.

Extremely Poor Service, No Management Presence, and Disorganised Operations at Bossa Cape Gate

I am extremely disappointed with the service experienced at Bossa Okavango (near Cape Gate) last Wednesday at approximately 14:00. I recently visited Cape Town with my family and, as we are fami**** with Bossa in Kempton Park and have always enjoyed the experience, I decided to take them for lunch at your branch near Cape Gate Shopping Centre. The restaurant was very quiet with only two other tables occupied, yet service was disorganised and inattentive from the outset. Our waiter was frequently absent and appeared engaged in personal conversations rather than attending to guests. We had to flag down another staff member just to place our food order, and were not offered the opportunity to order additional drinks. We then waited approximately 45–60 minutes for our meals. When the food eventually arrived, only three of the four meals were served. My salad was significantly delayed without explanation, despite being a simpler dish than the steak meals ordered by the others. As a result, the rest of the table’s meals became cold while waiting for mine. During our visit, there was also loud shouting and commotion coming from the kitchen, including sounds of items falling or being dropped. While a staff member briefly apologised for the disturbance, no manager or supervisor was present or addressed the situation at any point. Given how quiet the restaurant was, the level of service, lack of coordination, and absence of management oversight is unacceptable and unprofessional. This experience was well below the standard expected from the brand, and it is disappointing to have such a visit with my family who experienced Bossa for the first time. I trust this will be reviewed and appropriately addressed, including consideration of how this impacted our dining experience.

Severe skin irritation and burning from Mitchum Natural Power Coconut woman Roll on

I got a severe skin rash and burning from this new Mitchum Natural Power Coconut woman Roll on. It is burning like hell it self, and it says Non irritating, Dermatologist tested and Alcohol free, but if this was the case it would not have this affect.
