I’m dealing with a serious safety issue after my installation by GoSolr, and no one is taking responsibility or attempts getting back to me to resolve the issue The system was wired incorrectly, and: - My tenant is now running on “free electricity” due to incorrect wiring - The circuit breakers are bypassed - A GoSolr quality inspector confirmed the wiring is too thin, shouldn’t be joined during installation and promised it would be fixed which is over 3-4 weeks now and no one has reached out to me since then. No follow-up, no technician, no communication, no response To make matters worse, support tickets are being closed without fixing the issue. This is not just poor service — it’s dangerous and non-compliant. If this is not resolved urgently, I will escalate the matter and stop payment
Waste of money , works fine at first but just keeps buffering there after , poor customer service and no solution or assistance from them, would not recommend this service
Terrible and delayed customer service, it is always a delay getting assistance from them and would also like to know more about the R999 cancellation fee as i signed up for a month to month service in 2022 and there was no mentioning about cancellation fee of R999
Disappointing customer service from Makro online, they takes ages to get back to you with feedback on orders, returns or delivery. You constantly have to call in and enquire on your order/return/refund. I've been waiting for 2 weeks for them to arrange a return collection on my order with no success
So disappointed with how the quality dropped, ice cream is grainy and not smooth

Terrible service from Webafrica, starting with a few... *Horrible customer service *Poor communication *Terrible connection I have been having trouble for the past 3 weeks (internet down) everyday I try reaching out to an agent with no success, it's always a robot chatting and takes ages getting through to anyone. Long story short, I got so fed up with the internet being down for 3 weeks that brought me to a point to cancel and now I'm told that I need to pay cancelation fee of R999 because of the installation, Yet none of Webafrica's guys came out to do an installation or anything because there was already a Fibre line active, I just received a package via Courier with their router and I connected everything myself. I need a solution PLEASE!!!
Terrible support team from Facebook, my account has been hacked and ever since then my Marketplace access has been blocked for the past 7 months, everytime I request a review, I get an Automated response stating that they have made a final decision and unable to assist me. The fact that their support team can't solve such a small issue is totally a huge disappointment!!!
Terrible service, if it's not network problems then it's a double debit issue which they refuse to refund or credit my account, I have been trying to follow up with them since 1 July 2022 and every time I call I need to explain myself over and over, I have sent through all statements showing the double debit that went off but no feedback has been received.
