They sent technicians at my house to maintenance with out even me requesting them since that day my WiFi is disconnecting ,I can’t watch tv ,I can’t use my devices I have to buy data but every month I’m paying 😡😡😡😡I’ve never been so frustrated I’m sticked and the data keeps on milking me money but I have a wifi that I paid …I tried to call a they said ok they will call me back ,I logged complaints on whattsapp I don’t get help this afternoon again I called for help this lady called Lilitha said she will get back to me as well she didn’t get back to me I’m so dissapointed after I refered my colleagues and friends to you ….i can’t wait for this new wifi they are introducing in our areas to start working I’m so ****ed
I am very ****ed with cellc who keeps on destroying my credit score by showing that I have accounts that I can't even afford on my credit report..it's affecting my future ..I just removed a huge bill on my name of a contract that I don't even have ..this month there is something new again its getting way too much for me I can't leave my life like this ,I Also want to do things ...I don't have any contract with cellc and I will never have one because they are sooo unprofessional..sies please remove that account added on my name
I am so dissapointed with nedbank I regret why did I stop using my fnb ..I have been calling for over a week now looking for sales person at home loan department because I want some help from them since I have home loan with nedbank, I've been told by 3 different people that they will send a request for someone to call me ,the 4th one gave me an email and I sent a request no response, I went as far going to Khayelitsha branch cape town,the guy who was assisting me I also know his name he said he will get an information and get back to me till today I have been waiting..I never felt so stupid about a decision of changing a bank by being convinced with empty promises....
Bad service ever ,I've been calling I don't know since when I made return of an item and they collected the item from me but I never received the exchange item I've logged complaints several times with out getting any help ,my son won't have Christmas shoe because of these selfish people .. Secondly they delivered small sizes of 2 shorts I also logged a refund these nonsenses never came to collect the items it's I've been home the whole week they keep postponing I will never ever buy from them neverrrr they are the worst the airtime I bought trying to get help is now more that the amount of the items sies I'm so dissapointed and I will post everywhere that people if they will buy from this company they are buying at their own risk poor service ever .I thought they were the good.
Dissapointed Yesterday i was at woolworths promenade mall to purchase some Items with my temp card because I was waiting for my card for the past 6 weeks it was never delivered...when I got there I was informed that my temp card has expired of which I understood....I then went to customer service for assistance atlst to activate my Virtual card ...the lady said no I must wait the card takes up to 6 weeks to be delivered I then asked her that but I was told that the card takes 3 weeks to be delivered.....I was so confused she was not willing to help her word was final that I must go and wait for the card to be delivered...the cashier that was assisting me asked me to speak with the manager for help ...I did that lady manager who was wearing denim dress said to me there's nothing she can do about it if customer service can't help or I must call I don't know who maybe I will get help .....I looked like a fool in the store going up and down I even called the customer service centre finance department they told me Since I have an app those people were suppose to help me to activate my virtual card so that I can buy not to chase me away and ask to wait for more time for my card ...I can identify the 3 people I spoke with from promenade store yesterday....I had to drive back home a long distance with nothing I never experienced this kind of service more especially with woolworths before because I've been their customer for years ....bad service ever
I'm so dissapointed with 1st for woman .I have an insurance with them that cover home contents and plumbing etc ..I had a sink pipe burst water was all over the house I'm a female with a small baby I ddnt know what to do later I Rembered that I have to close the main water supply n I called 1st for woman for help ...the response I got is that the standby plumber can't come and it was just after 17:00 they can only come tomorrow for help so obviously I must sleep with out water ,and there's a small baby and I don't know plumbers in the area I was assisted by neighbors because my so called insurance failed to help me but when I too the insurance the promised me heaven and earth and they are always there but I saw them yesterday that they just want money that im sacrificing for because I thought I was gonna get help when I need them ....I will never forget this experience I will share it with my social media friends that they must know what are they getting them selves into .....
I am paying a monthly fee of 240 every month but I still have so much charges on my account my account is increasing it was -R540 now its on -R980 of which I don't understand what is going on this change happened in 2 days so obviously before month end I will have -R2000 ......I also don't understand how can they allow a debit order to go through but there are no funds now I can't deposit money because it will go away because of what ever is happening that I don't understand.....I see what my colleagues were talking about with FNB noo I can't cope with this I'm going back to Capitec I never experienced this in my life evn their charges were not more that R300 a month
These people are Hypocrites ...I joined this company 2021 May and 2023 Feb I sold my vehicle and I informed them ...they told me I will continue paying until 2024 May although I am no longer using their services or I must pay R1200 for cancelation....I'm the one who went there and made an appointment for tracker installation I was never informed about the 3yrs contract and I was nvr informed about cancelation fee of R1200 when I joined......even their staff members are so rude on the phone when you speak with them .....I will make sure I make people aware about their poor service n I will make sure its seculating world wide.....they only Called 2 times when my vehicle was leaving the province and sometimes they say my vehicle is in a danger zone but it's off parked at home oh noo
I bought a polo tsi 2018 tredline from them it was 58000km range ...when I got home I saw they gave me a vehicle with a big deep scratch at the back I reported n they took it to fix it,2 days later I switched the air-conditioned is not working when I took it back they said the wire is damaged they fixed ,and also the mats were damages and they sew them ...my vehicle is not even a year old yet window button is looses windows don't want to roll down and the gears are just locking I took it back they say they will only fix the buttons the because I ddnt take the warranty but when I asked them when I was signing the contract they said everything is included that's why I even added scratch and dent....i am so angry and disappointed at the same time because they sold to me a s**** vehicle
I will never in my life book a ticket with eldo coaches....I booked a ticket for the 15th of December 2021 and I cancelled it because we had a funeral a week before so I requested a refund i was then informed to send all the necessary documents and feel the refund form of which I did when I called I was informed I will get my money on thr 15th of January till today there's nothing I have been trying to call their head office asking for my money they always tell me one story that their will send an email to their finance department....I can't even register my son at school because they are holding my money the tickets were costing R2270 and I have spent R400 airtime trying to call these people.....I am really ****ed now and I need help to get my money back.....my contact no is 0747748103
