Worst customer service
Exorbitant prices, lack of stock, poor returns policies and total lack of interest and nonexistent management. Autozone is a customer nightmare. The Edenvale branch is terrible.

Misleading small print
We were allowed to make our car hire booking and prepay online, but because of the small print, we not allowed to pick up the vehicle without a credit card. We were forced to cancel our booking at the pickup office and hire a vehicle from Thrfty Car Rental.
