If I had the option, I would give 0 stars! The shoe heel after only 2 of purchase whlist i wearing it at a function , which is completely unacceptable and embarassing for me ! I contacted your online support and took a very long time to receive any response. To date im still waiying for someone reply. Its been over a week now and I am still waiting. No collection, no update, and no resolution.
I have never experienced such incompetence and inconvenience from a service provider,I'm highly disappointed. I have been with vodacom for the past 20 years and once time I decided to use the app as I thought it was ideal for me at that, however I regret me my electricity voucher worth R300 on the 29th December 2021 today its the 11th January 2021 I have still not received my vouchers nor the refund I had requested because I was no longer interested in doing business with them . The call cente 08212580 is the worst 😫 as you wait more than 20 mins for the call to be put through to get consultant and the team leader who are clueless as to resolve client issues have no answers nor solutions, the only they can say is I'm sorry. I don't you f@@@ sorry need my electricity voucher or my refund asap as this is interfering with my budget!!! Matter was escalated to Anastasia Ndlovu she still has no feedback to resolve this matter.
