Urgent Complaint Regarding Missing Order #2023558769 – No Support Received
Dear Builders Warehouse Strubensvalley Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my recent online order (#2023558769), which I placed on 3rd June 2025. It has come to my attention that this order does not appear on your system, which is highly concerning. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of assistance I’ve received from your branch. Despite calling several times, I have been met with a nonchalant attitude and no meaningful help or updates. This level of service is entirely unacceptable, especially from a company of your size and reputation.
