Harrasment by Aarto for a non-existant infringement.

And another good day You didn’t answer my letter; instead I got another Sms that says “no payment may lead to an enforcement order”. I will be glad if you can stop this harassment immediately. Your own webpages confirm that I.ve got nou outstanding fines. Good day I received an sms about a so called infringement. It referred to an infringement on 27:12:2025. I went all the way to the Pretoria North Post office early in January, got the letter and paid the fine of R232 on the 24th of January 2026. And now this absurd (courtesy!) letter. Yesterday I went all the way to the Pretoria North Post Office to get this ABSURD letter (RF721 96220 7ZA). It is INSANE. It says that I failed to comply with certain conditions; the fine is R250+60=R310. I am not going to pay this because it’s about something that doesn’t exist. It cost me time and petrol to drive to Pretoria North each time. It seems that there is a problem between you and Fines SA, who wrote a letter to tell me that About Aarto’s website belongs to them. I paid the fines through them. It seems that there is also a problem with a fine for an infringement on the N2 near Swellendam in May 2023 for which I paid the R600 on 26th of June 2023. I will surely not pay through Fines SA again. I would be glad if you can sort this out and let me know.
