On 09/12/2025 I enquired on a ford ranger via autotrader looking to trade in my ford focus St 3 , staff was very friendly eager to help with the deal , little did i know what a nightmare this deal would turn into. On 17/12/2025 I received my bakkie deal was signed , sealed and delivered and as 1 would assume the deal is done but not even close , on 27/12/2025 my bank account was debited with the installement for the car I traded in , but off course it being festive season no one was available for assitance , the following week I got a call from the sale manager telling me they missplaced my deal file with the settlement so the car was not yet settled , and they promised me it will be settled that week ! But only on 23/01/2026 did I receive a settlement quote from the bank and sent it trough to the dealership via whatsapp to the sales Manager and Dealer Principal , with conformation of the receipt on their end , to my suprise on 25/01/2026 my account was debited AGAIN for the same car I did not have anymore , so i called and texted but i received little to 0 feedback regarding why the settlement did not yet happen , without any feedback i even asked my father in law to call the dealer principal for answers once we finally got answers they promissed it wil be settled within the same week , on 17/02/2026 I received a new settlement quote for the car and gave it through again via whatsapp and email , again conformation received for the receipt , again nothing happend so i decided to call the dealship landline and asked if i could speak to the accounts department so i can try and find out where the holdup is and if i could help fast track this as it was going on for 2 months already without any resolution , when i asked to speak to the accounts department I could hear over the phone how the accounts lady tells the receiptionist to tell me that she is not avaible for calls and that she will call me back when she get a chance which never happend and on 25/02/2026 my account got debited AGAIN for the same car i did not drive for 2 months anymore , by this time the dealer principle and the sales manger were avoiding me and my father in laws calls and texts and both were making empty promises , saying they are waiting for funds to come in and they promise the car will be setteld soon , so on 27/02/2026 I decided that i am going to reach out to our lawyer for advice , they even told him on 2 seperate occasions they wil have the car settled in the same week but off course failed to do so and by 11/03/2026 the laywer had to take steps as they keep breaking their promise to settle the car , so on 17/03/2026 I called the dealership demanding answers about the situation only then they informed me the vehcle i traded in , in Dec 2025 and is still paying for have been sold in Jan 2026 ! I called my father in law when he phoned the dealer principal and he instructed them to settle the car the following day before 09:00 or we are going to take serouis legal action , only on 18/03/2026 they settled the car I traded in , but the vehicle was still registerd on my name ! They only did the change of ownership in the last week of March 2026 and on 02/04/2026 i officailly do not own the ford focus st anymore . Never have i ever seen any proffesional dealership do business in this maner ! And I have seen BAD places ! I will NEVER suppourt or encourge anyone to do business with them.
Agent was very helpfull and friendly , understood what my request was clearlly and could help me properly
Best quality ever , fast delivery and friendly service .. I never have to guess what the status of my order is , they contantly update me and should I have qeustion they assist without hesitation .. I cannnot see myself buying elsewhere
Worst worst worst expierence .... I would gice 0 stars but i am required to give atleast 1 star. Vodacom custoner care consultant does not have a single clue what is happening around them . Advising customers but when the advice is followed the actual store tells a different story . I would NEVER recommend vodacom to anybody . All they tell you are lies !
Worst service i ever received from a company . Custoner care consultants want to be more incompetant than the next always promising someone wil call back but then they dont even caputre the correct contact details but every month they are quick to want their money but i cant get what i am paying for.
Requested help from Kingprice with regards to some policy updates that needed to be done , i sent a whatsapp and received response within seconds once the details were provided my policy were updated i am super happy with serivce that i recived from Laurette ****samy .
Requested assistance with change of address as was assisted by Rowayne Hartze . Quick and easy , explained all details well and in a understandable way . Very satisficed .
