Good day, I have been having installation problems with my router or modem it doeast switch on, the called Vuma call center for assistance and they referred me to so called IFP which is a network provider SADV. I they do not have a contact number but only a whatsup number, I tried contacting them using whatsup but the is no help at all, I tried using their email is not working. This is so disgusting because I am a good paying customer and yet I receive a crab service, on the other hand my children are writing exam and they rely on the wifi to search for school exam preparations. May you please assist as I tried everything on their platform and I don't get anything from them.
I went to buy 6 packs of pork ribs at BMT on the 28th October 2021 and I usually buy there and sell to my customers every month, two of my customers ribs where off and I had to exchange them. I went to BMT the following day as one of my customer complained, I spoke to the manager Stefano and he agreed to exchange them, while I was there I told Stefano the manager that some of my customer might complain and if they do should I bring back the ribs for exchange, he said yes despite their 24 hour policy. I went back on the 8th November 2021 because another customer complained. Unfortunately I couldn't exchange because the ribs where not the same kilograms as I bought that's my problem... May you please assist me if you can.
