you must pay MANICAA upfront if you order on line, and after more then six months, you still do not have the product, and with no *****, not even a reply on my email to explain or keep you up to date.
You can not even rate Manicaa service, no reply from them, on email and phones, only ring, and what they did promise last year, never even happend, still a wait for the product or our money.
We did order end of July 2021 from Manicaa, after a few weeks, we did not received the item we did order, we did have to ask what happened to the order, we did get response to tell it's been delayed for another two to three weeks. That time have also passed, and do not even get a reply on our email now. Think that is really bad service.
