Kindly note I am currently on leave from 2025/10/20 and I will be returning on THIS IS AN URGENT ISSUE AND NOBODY COMES BACK TO MR T.A. VAN HEERDEN, he is a Corporate client, last update was that SANLAM are communication with SARS directly and awaiting Feedback. FED UP WITH POLOKWANE MUNICIPALITY : LADANNA BRANCH : OFF-LINE FOR SECOND TIME : RENEWAL OF DRIVERS I am reporting this issue on behalf of my son THOMAS VAN HEERDEN. He has to renew his Drivers. The Department was off line due to problems with Natis on 23rd March 2022. They went online again and my son was standing in the queue for the SECOND TIME FROM 05:00 THIS MORNING and only to now find out that they are off-line again at 11:12 onwards ..... He has done all the paperwork and eye test and has all in order. He had to take leave and cannot take leave again. This is not acceptable! Nobody does anything about this? There use to be Businesses that assisted the clients and they paid to have them help to renew their drivers licence and only to hear they were cancelled 2 weeks ago and cannot assist. this is unexceptable, some people are being collected from queues, and taken in for assistance, Why is this happening, maybe the staff was bribed to collect people,? Some money is changing hands in that department, can it please be investigated, Can we not make like SARS and get appointments by online applications, This will reduce the changes of farouitism. People are standing in lines, From before 5 o clock in the morning, and is not allowed to eat or drink in lines, Please people we need to address this issue, we pay our taxes, Please call me for any assistance, i would be glad to tell on whats going on in our Polokwane traffic dept.
