Disappointing, go elsewhere

My experience with the Southern Suburbs estate agent from Eazi Real Estate was deeply frustrating and misleading. Several material aspects of the property were misrepresented or not disclosed prior to sale. And they were also dissmissive of my concerns and failed to inform the transferring attorneys that the seller had put tenants in the property after the OTP was signed! After occupation, multiple issues emerged, including cleanliness, plumbing, electrical safety concerns, and a security system that appeared functional but was not actually connected or operational. These matters were specifically raised before transfer and were dismissed or incorrectly confirmed as resolved. If cost-saving is the goal, sellers may be better off listing privately and engaging a competent professional only for final sign-off. Buyers deserve honest representation and accurate disclosures — this experience fell far short of that standard.

Disappointing service

I had an extremely disappointing experience with VTC Attorneys (Mitchells Plain branch) during a property transfer. There was a lack of transparency, poor communication, and no meaningful follow-through on key issues. Critical information was not disclosed timeously, including the presence of tenants and access to the lease, despite repeated requests. Concerns raised during and after occupation were met with circular responses rather than accountability. As the paying client, I expected professional oversight of the transaction and consideration of all stakeholders, not a process that left me cleaning up avoidable problems and chasing basic answers. I would not recommend this firm to purchasers expecting diligence and client care.

Go elsewhere, they are useless and scammy

They don't respond to emails and their website is never working. No one answers the calls either. Just a scam company.

Scam furniture company!

What an awful experience and it's still not concluded. Our order was placed on 26 April 2021 for 2 desks and a console table. Expected delivery after 8 weeks (26 June 2021). We received a poor quality console table on 3 September 2021 (26 weeks after our order was placed) and are still waiting for the desks even though the promises are aplenty. All calls go straight to voice mail and emails get no response. We requested a refund and are still waiting.
