What ***** is this now? Why are banks even allowing this kind of *****? App**** for a loan was asked to accept debicheck mandate and I did not receive not a penny but they keep debiting my account. What are they debiting for if there were no funds received? I want my money back. Even after I called to cancel and sent that form they still debit the amount they can find on my account. I want all my money back. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. They keep talking of the fine print but the question is loan amount that they were supposed to debit for? What makes them think they can get free money from people? Why can't we reverse our money back seeing that they don't offer any loans? They are *****ing money from people and the banks are letting them.
They were perfect they helped me immediately and the was no stress no problems I would rate them 100 over 10 if that was possible
I've never struggled so much with claiming a provident fund. Clearly you're failing as a company in the claims department. Your service is poor, your agent don't seem to know what they're doing. It's been a month of up and down and calling you is a waste of time and money. I think it's best if you learn from companies like Momentum. You don't even deserve a star. You see so many people complain about your service yet you're not doing anything about it. I'm not begging here, I need my money.
I don't know what to do anymore, the bad service I got is beyond explanation. Being tossed from consultant to consultant is really annoying.
