Lost parcel
My parcel from Joburg to Joburg shows its in Polokwane. Been on courier vehicle two days. Past delivery date already. Nobody has answers and they keep cutting my calls

Dont care about you, just after comm
Very unhappy with Sanlam and Bluestar. My advisor when I eanted to increase my premium said my policy cant be increased and opened a second RA for me. On the app I managed without any issues I could increase the premium. He contacted mr and asked that I do not make changes on my policies via the app but through him. He is unable to even answer the most simple of questions, yet he eants me to increase again. I requested Sanlam to remove him from my accounts but they just dont reply to emails

Convenient way of accepting payments
I have the tap on phone option for my clients. Although I had some issues to start with, the call center agent took me through it step by step to fix it and get it sortes. Thanks

Great service with a human touch!
I am a business that started using Courier guy for a new project and although there was some minor glitches with the first order, the customer service was out of this world. You can actually speak to a real person and not just robots.

Awesome service
Spur Cresta - wow Your service has drastically improved and its actually nice to go to your branch for a meal. Tecla our waitress was also very friendly, helpful assisted me with the spur app with her eyes closed! Cant wait for our next meal :)

Items on till slip I never bought and underweight meat!
I am highly upset get again with the Hilltox branch. Today with their R20 deals I went to buy a few things. On the food *****s website, under HILLFOX I downloaded the newspaper. Upon arriving in the store, some prices changed like the wors instead of 3 for R20, it was 2 for R20. Upon asking the front end lady she said they nit under Hillfox and mentioned another name they fall under! This is in the Hillfox centre!!! Pork chops 120g came home and weighed them, lowest one 80g!!! And some other also under 100g! (I have photos i took! ) Then I called the store requesting them to chevk cctv footage as stuff I did not buy was loaded and charged on my till slip! The lady I spoke to (my calls are recorded) barely took details and said I must come for a refund. So she knows this happens thats why she barely bothered to take details!

Wrong products sold and distractes by their upselling
I went to Strubensvalley as Florida told me they are the only branch that sells cultera succulant potting soil. I went there and was told to order by the tills. I was the only person in line at the tills and I had to walk till to till asking for assistance as they were all to busy talking and having fun (you can check your cctv footage. When I was assisted I asked for cultera succulant mix she tried selling me airtime and I dont even know what else and promoting the qr code scanning etc. When I got outside she sold me garden master soil which is not only a lot more expensive, but not what I asked for. Outside they also struggled to find this spesific mix and did not know where it is stored. Highly irritated.

Pathetic customer service
Without wifi without any commumication. Whatsapp chats mid chat the agent kills the chat and you have to start over again! Nhlanhla

Throttle services
Once again just weeks after "fixing" issues, once again the throttle speed and limit apps. Most days my speed is 25 -30mbps up and 10 down and I have a 40mb line

Rude staff and no stock
Went to the Gordon road Superspar for blackfriday at 1pm today. Apparently all their black friday sugar sold out for the whole weekend. Staff extreamly rude when you ask them about it.
