No communication, They are shy.
Order #173836 I ordered on the 31/08/2021 and payed after I got an email on 01/09/2021 by EFT. Been a week and no reply or anything. Reading forums and such, this company is sus. The worst part is they don't even apologize in their replies, simply "here's your refund bye" or "customer at fault" and always refer to their useless policies as an excuse for THE WORST COMMUNICATION EVER. I've seen forums stating their poor communication and still they reply arrogantly. It's like you have to leave a bad review to get service, the website is just for looks. If you have backorders or are under pressure, good for you, you're doing well. As a customer we should understand. BUT LET US KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!
