I booked on the 17 for quad biking at Hakerville to celebrate my birthday on the 21st of September, paid 1200 as it was me and my patner, we drove from capetown to Knysna for the holiday, saturday in the morning, i call the admin from wildx to change the time only for them to tell me i made the booking for the 17th, i must have made a mistake during the booking. I have pleaded with the owner, they just told be about their cancellation policy, what makes me angry is they couldnt even do the courtesy of calling to confirm because the booking was made at around 11pm, that should flag that theres a mistake, or when theres a no show, send an email atleast. They were inconsiderate, they just responded by saying you didnt show up, no ride.
I was involved in a car accident in october due to the other party's negligence and we both did the statement at the police station. Due to the other party delaying the claim, i claimed on my insurance and my insurance was gonna claim on the other party's insurance. I paid r5500 excess which i was told in jan that i will not get back because the other party has also claimed on my insurance. How when we both did the statement stating the incident and the other party agreeing to their mistake? I have done a lot of follow ups with ignored calls and emails
Great service received from Ndivhuwo Ndou regarding road assistance, it took about 15 minutes for the flat battery issue to be resolved, including getting the person to come assist jumpstart my car, the guy arrived in less then 10minutes and was able to start the car. Thank you for the good service
Their billing is ubsurd, i have a contract with them to which im supposed to pay r200 but i pay r280-300 and their response would be subscriptions im not even aware of... they are the worst!!

Im very happy with Miway, i was involved in a hit and run last year august, and made a call to miway, they processed my claim with no difficulties and no delays whatsoever. Im a very happy client.
I have not received my refund from june, i was interested in a july vacation so i started paying in May i sent them via whatsapp my slips, on 1 June they told me they cancelled my trip as they had not received my full payment which was shown on an incorrect invoice they sent me, i told them about the miscalculations on an invoice and how i did not see that i was suppose to pay all the fees in one month... the admin is very rude and they ignored my concerns until they blockef me without a refund, tried emailing them they still ignored my emails
