We didn’t even get to go! I rang up at 2 pm last Saturday afternoon, and the guy who answered the phone laughed at me, I presumed because they did not have any tables for 6 pm that day! I asked him if we could book a table, and he just laughed again, and said no mam no mam! This is obviously not good customer service at all, as I know the place is quite popular, but to respond with such a hilarity I thought was very rude indeed. His wife, then messeged me to say I had rung the wrong number, so if I had, why did she message? They have now blocked me on social media! A shame because it is the only Greek restaurant in the area, although there are more local Greek theme nights appearing in the western Cape, so we will just go to one of those instead! In fact, I would rather pay to fly to Greece rather than ring there again.
Tamara Naki was the most efficient I have spoken to in the last three months! I have spoken to around four operators who have not updated my account or cancelled my policy. Tamara sorted it out within minutes thank you.
