I was on my way to Gauteng when I decided to get to shell garage( midway) only to be served by a drunk petrol attended, who was very rude, he even said he wishes that we get involved in a car accident. We took the matter to the supervisor who seemed to have no power. He couldn't even reprimand the perpetrator. I want you to deal with that guy before he even cause more damage. We don't feel safe to even get his services while we still have to drive long distances
They have been sending me guys to fix the washing machine i bought at Makro, thus year February. These guys told me to change the washing soap i have been using, there is no difference, the machine doesn't remove any dirt. I wish i can attach pictures of the clothes here.
Seriously disappointed with Makro. I purchased a Defy washing machine model DTL 149,Serial no: ** from Makro (Vaal) on the 10th of February 2021(this year) . The machine stopped spinning in May, i called Makro(National) and arranged a repair, it was fixed . Two weeks ago, i experienced another problem, the machine doesn't wash, it does run, spin but the dirt remain there. I arranged another repair, the repair guys came and did not help with anything as i was told that I should make a plug for the machine to use it alone, which I did. The machine is still not washing. This machine is only 6 months but already I'm experiencing these problems. What will happen after warranty? This time I don't need a repair, i want an exchange. I called Makro(National) which directed me to Makro(Vaal). I called Makro(Vaal) and i was told to contact defy. This is not right, i am stressed as I wasted a lot of time and money calling all these landlines and its inconvenient. I bought this machine, I cannot be treated like this.
