I called 086 083 4834 regarding a ring I purchased, for which I require a valuation certificate for insurance purposes. During the call, I spoke with a senior consultant named Megan. I was placed on hold for the majority of the call. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was either placed on hold again or transferred to another department, after which the call was disconnected. As a long-standing TFG customer, I find this level of service unacceptable.

I’m So disappointed with MTN as their pathetic service imagine a simple task as changing my surname is becoming a nightmare … I called so many times I get it done however I was told to go in store and get it done .. I went to the Cornubia branch 14/07/1024 and spend some time there gave them everything that was requested from me the manager checked it and said it’s fixed .. I get my invoice last month when I queried it I was told this month it will be updated.. I just got my invoice and to my surprise my details is not changed I mean really what skills do you need to get it right..Frustrated Client…
Virgin Active I Would Assume They Live By Their Standard Brand But No They Don't I've Being Trying To Cancel My Contract For Months I Tired Using The App They Always Say Somone Would Call I Understand It's Covid And They Could Be Short Staff But 3 Months For A Call .. Also When I Call Ans Finally Call They Say They Would Get Someone To Call Me Back .. It Takes Them A Week To Get Back To Me Then I Have To Wait For Another Phone Call I'm Still Waiting Poor Service Not A Good Company To Deal With When You Trying To Cancel Plus I Have A Pay A Pro Rata Fee Cause I Have A To Give 20 Days Notice I've Been Trying To Cancel In The Past 3 Months And Still Paid Full Subscription Fee Without Even Using The Gym .Trying To Get Ahold Of Them Is Q Nightmare..
