I was sold a damaged car.

I bought a car at EW Motors on the 28/06/2021 and on the 12/07/2021 the car broke down. The problem was in the gearbox, because there was a part that broke. My insurance went and checked the car, but they said they won’t be able to help because it was a mechanical problem. They discovered many problems with the car and they said it looked like it was in an accident while I was told by the lady at the finance office that the car was a repossessed car. She said it was taken from a person who couldn’t pay for it. I know that if I knew that it was in an accident, I was not going to buy it at all. Now the dealer is not doing anything to help. I tried to find the printout of the Dekra test since they said they took it that morning of the 28/06/2021. I couldn’t get it from the dealer, then the assistant gave me the number of the garage they said they took the car to. The guy there told me that they didn’t have the car on their system. I tried to cancel the loan with the bank that gave me the loan with no luck. The dealer doesn’t care at all because they are not doing anything to help me.I was supposed to use that car for private use, now I’m struggling and I’m going to pay for something that is not there. I was supposed to be happy but I’m stressed because I don’t know what to do.
