A sudden outstanding amount made by their incompetence staff ?
I am very much frustrated with DSTV at this point, I am told I have an outstanding amount of R540 because apparently they made a mistake in April and credited my account. Not once was I notified of this mistake of theirs, only when I’m checking my balance due for this month that I see this ridiculous amount that I “supposedly” owe. I am suddenly being held liable for their incompetence!!
